Today we’re celebrating six months of you—and what a joyful half-year it’s been.

Your mom and dad describe you as pure joy, laughter, lovable and anyone who meets you can see that in an instant.

You have a way of making your family laugh when you do your little eyebrow raises and start your sweet babbling. And oh, how you light up when you see Ms. Rachel!!  Right now, you’re so curious about everything and are learning to sit up on your own and push up on your knees and it’s just the sweetest thing to watch.

Your 6-Month Celebration

We celebrated this milestone right at home, where all your best memories are being made. There was a tiny cupcake just for you, a “6 Months” birthday hat, and balloons that seemed almost as big as you!

Your mom and dad wanted this session here because some of our favorite memories are simple ones at home with you. The house was full of your giggles, the smell of fresh cupcakes, and the sound of your family just enjoying you—right here in this season.

They’ll never forget your sweet smiles and how you tried to put your whole fist in your mouth to get all the icing from the cupcake off your fingers! 

What Your Family Loves Most About You Right Now

At six months, you love to put your feet in your mouth, blow spit bubbles, and eat avocado! Your mornings start with us waking you up and you have the biggest smile on your face, and sometimes your parents say they catch glimpses of themselves in you—especially when you giggle and raise your eyebrows when people are talking. 

They want to remember everything about you at this stage—the way you look up at them with those big blue eyes, the softness of your baby laugh, and how their hearts have grown in ways they never knew possible.

Looking Ahead

Your parents hope and pray that the next six months are full of just as much joy and discovery. When you look back at these photos one day, they hope you feel happiness and know that from the very beginning, you were surrounded by love.
